Summary

Unpins the lit dependency, which will allow more flexibility with downstream packages that are consuming both calcite and lumina

@nick-romano Thanks for tacklin' this for us! ✨💪🏻✨

For the PR context can you change the conventional commit to a chore with the scope of deps similar to #12465 and in alignment with Calcite's conventional commit types (e.g., chore(deps): ...)?

While the above fixes the dependency on next, we haven't had a release since the commit, so would consider this as a chore rather than a fix for the 3.3 changelog.
